In my opinion, the best platform for keeping article information, between M-Drive, the CSIS Server, and 000webhost, is M-Drive. It is the most easily accessable platform. In addition, the GUI is the most user friendly out of the three. The CSIS Server is a little more involved than I'd like. While useful, 000webhost isn't quite as user friendly or easily accessable as the M-Drive.
I chose the CSIS server because it is the one I have the most experience with.
